We can always count on Shibuya for delivering fresh sushi every time we are there. We love our sashimi, especially toro and salmon belly. Shibuya never disappoints, the sashimi there are fresh and in thick pieces. They also master their cooked food. Our favorites include agedashi tofu, grilled sanma, tempura shrimps, just to name a few. Not only the ingredients are top quality, so is the oil. I’ve tasted bad tempura at other restaurants because they reuse their oil too much. We never had that problem here at Shibuya. The staff are friendly and quick. It’s a gem. If you are serious about your sushi, you gotta try here.
